YEAR 1996

At the Fancy Foods'96 Exposition in Philadelphia (U.S.A.) we show for the first time SUN DRIED TOMATOES IN OLIVE OIL, flavored with five different varieties of natural herbs or just tomato, salt and oil.(See recipe book)

The flavour you can choose are: Rosemary, laurel, basil, origanum and thyme, with garlics and black pepper.

The possible presentations are in glass flasks from 220 g. to 2 kg. capacity with high quality olive oil.

At the current world market, new demands appear every day and sometimes they are difficult to attend, but we can adapt our technology that's why this year we got the ORNAMENTAL DRIED FRUITS, they are used with flowers and cereals for decorative purposes. Nowadays, we can offer ORANGE, LEMON AND POMMEL DISKS, WHOLES ORANGES AND LIMES, GREEN AND RED PAPRIKAS, PUMPKINS, EGGPLANTS, APPLES, PEARS AND POMEGRANATES. We can offer you any product if you send us samples and final specifications.

We are also working on the development of new product for PET FOODS, trying to improve the feeding of pet population ( dogs, cats, ...), using the best products and adapting sizes and tastes.

After several years making test in collaboration with the Denomination of Origin of the Kaki of the Ribera of the Xúquer we have sent to the market this new product of exquisite to taste and pleasant texture. We obtain a dry fruit of quality that, more than of its good flavour and being an excellent dessert it constitutes a rich source of soluble and insoluble fiber, potassium, calcium, iron and vitamin A, beta-carotenes and niacina. Now you will be able to enjoy the flavour an sweetness of this delicious fruit throughout the year, it’s sure that if you proves it you will be surprised.

Forms of presentation:

  • Whole
    Peeled and dehydrated whole kaki. It appears in bulks, baskets gourmet or other formats (according to buyer’s necessities ).
  • Disk
    Fine of kaki disk very decorative and flavorful. It appears in bulks, cases, trays or other formats (according to buyer’s necessities ).
  • Quarters
    Delicious kaki beaking, in compotes, elaboration of desserts, marmalade… Available in bulks, cases, or other formats (according to buyer’s necessities ).

Beneficial contributions to our organism:
It constitutes an excellent source of soluble and insoluble fiber , which confers it properties healthful to improve the intestinal transit.
The potassium is necessary for the transmission and generation of the nervous impulse, for the normal muscular activity and it takes part inside in the balance of water and outside the cell. The beta-carotene is transformed into vitamin A in our organism as it needs. This vitamin is essential for the vision, the good state of the skin, the hair, the mucous, the bones and for the good of the immunological system, besides to have antirust properties. The magnesium is related to the operation of intestine, nerves and muscles, it comprises of bones and teeth, it improves the immunity and it has a smooth laxative effect. The B3 vitamin or niacina takes part in different phases from the metabolism and advantage of carbon hydrates, fatty acids and amino acids among other substances.
